Emptied the tank without knowing because of faulty gauges. When I put some gas, It won't start. what should I do.
Rear running lights not working2002 Mitsubishi LancerRiley

Both tail lights got broken with a recent hail storm, but the lights themselves still worked. the reverse lights and blinker compartment ended up filling up with water. I didn't notice this at first, and while waiting for insurance and the new taillights to come in, the rear running lights stopped working. I drained the taillights and replaced the casing, but the rear running lights still do not work. (brake lights work. blinkers work. Reverse lights work) Any ideas? I've checked fuses.
