I have an ongoing problem with my mitsubishi cedia for almost a year now. I have replaced the fan belt 3x with but just after a few weeks it will start squeaking again.

My car starts fine but randomly stops every now and again and when this happens an orange light appears looks like an engine and the car stops moving. The car is still on but it doesnt move and makes a funny sound, I turn the car right off and then when i turn it back on it runs fine until one day it stops. What is this problem??
