I get difficult time to start once its left over nite or if not driven for a day. and my deisel consumptin is crazy 15 to the gallon.

What is the purpose of the - and + signs by the gear lever. The lights displaying infomation by the gear levers have gone off. It becomes a problem when selecting gears after dark.
