Unsteady revs when idling1991 Nissan Sunny

The car idles unsteadily, it doesnt matter if the engine is hot or cold. It always bounces up or down for around 200 rpm when left idling. When driving and when the engine is properly heated, sometimes when breaking and engaging the clutch causes it to stall. I checked the carburetor for gunk on the choke hatch, but didn't check the IACV, because I am not so fond of things, and how am I supposed to do it. Any help is greately appreciated.
