I have a 2000 Subaru Legacy B4 twin-turbo.The problem I'm having with my car is that it's not offering it's maximum performance,and it have a bad turbo-lag because the turbochargers starts boosting around 4,000rpm and I'm suspecting that one of my turbochargers have failed or both turbochargers are now not efficient.Any Idea please help me I'm not happy with the way my car is performing.
