Hi you have indicated that the fuel consumption for this car, Toyota Premio 2.0 G (12.2004 - 05.2007), cvt transmission, is 6.1 litres per 100 km on the 10/15 mode which is the town mode. That is the same consumption as a 1500cc. Is this for real? Am I confused? Please reply.

Secondly, if this fuel consumption rate is viable, is it affected by the age of the car? In other words does this stated consumption rate change to worse as the car grows old?

I want to buy this type of a car from you....what is the technology that makes this kind of consumption possible for a 2000cc car like this one?

When I start the car the idling is very erratic, it makes as though it wants to cut off. When I Accelerate it misfires and does not respond but when I put my foot down and the engine is at high revs then it takes off. Same thing happens when I am doing 90kmh it will be jerking, when I increase my speed to 140kmh it runs fine.
