After every 40 kms WHEN STOP my car it goes heatup, and then we fill the rediator from fresh water and again it gives me 40 to 50 kms but after same is happening. the extra bottle with rediator is always full of water, its level doesnt go down.we serviced readiator but no help

My daihutsu mira car fuel cunsumption is 10-11km per leter local and 14 Km/l Long rout.want to know the resons for that.air filter, petrol filter,oil filter ,coolent ,spark plug, changed ,scaned , no sensor problem fond.but problam still exsisting.
