I have Mitsubishi Chariot GDI Exceed. The engine will always off after 15 minutes. The engine does not rave above 3 if you press the accelerator throttle, and the engine jerks. Please, i need solution to effect the repairs. Thank you.

L lost my ignition keys,l removed the ignition system to get new ones cut. They need the blank key to be set up on a computer before being used,now here in south Africa there is no place with the specs of the Chariot.l need to know where l can get people with this technology and will it be ok if l bring the ignition system to get this done.
