Mitsubishi Dingo Problems

ComplaintDescriptionName and LocationPhoto
Temperature guage shoots high under certain conditions1999 Mitsubishi Dingo

Under normal round-town conditions the car is perfect. If I go out on the highway and run the car for an hour that's fine. Then I will stop the car. 10 minutes later I will drive further... then the temperature gauge shoots up high (maximum) before slowly settling down to something more normal. Just recently the gauge has been showing higher with normal summer highway driving especially driving the car uphill. Our Mitsubishi people don't support this model but were willing to look at it. they could not find anything suspicious and told me to bring back if I had more probs. No good if one is in another city having driven for miles. Please help .... thanks, Mike

The computer Box is worn out if not burnt as a result car can not start. Adapter plate/flywheel is damaged. This is in the gear box.
