The car developed a whining noise when i accelerate and the noise gets louder when i turn the steering wheel. this originated when i changed the steering wheel pipe after it started linking the pipe that put was made localy not the original mitsubishi one. please help i have changed all my bearings and the noise is still there.

Somtimes it delays the changing of gears and take time to peak speed. i also noticed when rpm is below 1X1000 revs it sounds like the silencer is burnt out
