When i stop on the hill when i try to accelerate the car sometimes it moves very slow or stops completely.it also applies on the reverse gear wen you pack down hill

Did recent work on the transmission and since then whenever the car stops at a traffic light or on an incline and you attempt to pull off again you get a stuttering from the engine. The car like it is trying to go but something is holding it back and then all of a sudden it will propel forward. It is a hazard and a nuisance on the road.
