My left indicater blinker is stuck on. The indicater its' self is fine, the fuse is fine and there is no damage to the indicater. i need to know how to fix it myself because i know it may be something simple like taking the steering wheel of and clipping it back in some how.

1. Car indicator faulty, stuck on the right indicator and won't turn off. Auto-electrical services currently on holiday. 2. Car sometimes won't start straight away but starts up approx 10mins. Was advised by my mechanic that it's an auto-electrical fault as draining the the battery? Auto Elec couldn't find fault?
