| My car which is 4M40 First had a problem of cylinder head crack. I had to change it. Later On the Turbo was making silly noises. I had to change it. However now the whole engine if you race it above 2 then it is making a noise like a sewing machine. What could be the problem? The Chain is intact and changed Three Months a go. | ||||

| The problem is the engine missing. This manifests itself when the throttle is constant. It is not apparent under acceleration. So far we have replaced all the ignition coils - 6 of them ! I have also replaced the alternator.. 9 months ago the engine overheated so we have now reground the head and valve seats as well as new gaskets. None of this has made any difference. Any suggestions please. The island I live on has VERY limited resources so getting parts or skilled mechanics has it's difficulties. | ||||
