On firs start up it revs quite high for a few minutes then it comes down. also when sitting at stop lights or other hazards with your foot on the brake and in drive being an auto it seems too miss and runs really rough and loads up the transmisson any ideas339

I have an intermittent fault that appears to originate with the automatic headlights. I only have low beam, high beam does not work. The fault also disables the windscreen washers, high speed windscreen wipers and automatic windscreen wipers. I have taken it into the dealers but the fault has cleared and they find nothing wrong. The car has 8000k's and this has happened five times.
