เรียน ท่านผู้บริหารบริษัทมิตซูอ้อมน้อยจำกัด ในวันที่ 9 /4/2555 ดิฉันเป็นผู้นำรถทะเบียน ลจ 4855 ไปตรวจสภาพรถก่อนเดินทางต่างจังหวัด ได้แจ้งปัญหาให้ทางช่างเช็ควาล์วเพราะมีอาการวิ่งไม่ออกแต่ทางช่างแจ้งว่าอาการนี้เป็นที่คาสไม่จับจึงแจ้งทางลูกค้าดิฉันตั้งสินใจเปลี่ยนบอกว่าเปลี่ยนแล้วดี อาการหายแน่นนอน อะไหล่แท้ก็ยอมเสียเงินนัดรับรถวันที่ 11/4/ 2555 เวลา 11.00 น.แต่พอถึงเวลาดังกล่าวทางช่างไม่ติดต่อมาเลย ได้ตั้งสินใจโทรตามเวลา 16.00 น.ทางช่างแจ้งว่าไม่ทราบว่าทำไม่วิ่งไม่ออกยังเอารถลูกค้าออกไปทำอู่ไทยเจริญดิเซลข้างนอกอีกคำถามมีอยู่ว่าบ้านดิฉันอยู่ใกล้อู่ไทยเจริญดิเซลยังไม่ไปทำเลยเลือกทำที่ศูนย์มิตซูโดยตรงทำไมเวลาที่นัดหมายรับรถถึงไม่โทรแจ้งว่าแก้ปัญหาไม่ขาดแต่ทำบานปลายไปทำที่อื่นแล้วแจ้งลูกค้าที่หลังมันถูกต้องแล้วหรือยังไงคะที่ให้เปลี่ยนคาสแจ้งคาสสึกทางลูกค้าเพิ่งเปลี่ยนคาสมาไม่กี่เดือนเลยถอดออกมาแจ้งอีกว่าของเทียมอย่างนี้จะให้ลูกค้ามั่นใจในบริษัทมิตซูอ้อมน้อยได้ไงคะ ดิฉันแจ้งหน่วยงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคได้ไหมคะแล้วอย่างนี่จะซื้อรถมิตซูอีกได้อย่างคะคิดผิดหรือเปล่าที่เข้าศูนย์บริการของมิตซูโดยตรงลูกค้าจะมั่นใจในการซ่อมรถของบริษัทมตซูได้อีกหรือไม่ขอความเป็นธรรมด้วยคะ จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบและแก้ไขปัญหาในเรื่องนี้ให้ด้วยคะ นางสาววรภาส์ วิริยะชูศรี ลูกค้าและผู้เป็นเจ้าของรถคันดังกล่าว
