Does not idle at cold start in the morning on a cold day temperature around 10 degrees. It comes right in a couple of minutes when the engine is heated up. On a warm day it is ok and idles at cold start.

During kick start the RPM meter is showing full deflection and slowly gets either to Zero deflection or reading some RPM which to me is not real RPM.Bottomline , it is intermittent.
