Car idle very badly on first start on mornings , a very unstable idle , high and low until vehicle is properly warmed up

I Have a very bad shake coming from the rear and towards the centre of the car. I have already replaced the left rear axle think the joints are gone. When you are sitting in the car its seems to be below the centre console, as you increase in speed it starts to disappear.
