My elgrand developed a problem with the exhaust there is a solonoid under the car that cotrolls vacume and opens and closes something on the exhaust dont know what it is called when you rev the engine the exhaust moves as if it is being sucked towards the engine and when you stop reving the exhaust moves back making a noise and the idling revs of the engine are just over 3000 i traced the pipes dont know where to start but from the solonoid a pipe goes to the mechanism on the exhaust pipe the other seems to go to the injector pump with a t piece that goes to the top of the engine please if any one can tell me how to sort this problem out. the solonoid is a 3 way magnetic valve
