After changing a battery there is a beeping sound under the steering when key is off.this sound was not there before i changed battery. 2 My sunroof is not working but the switch for locking the sunroof is not unlocking it produce a sound when you press it

Why is it that the 2 front wheels of my Nissan 4x4 Elgrand 1999 are extremely very hot even when traveling around for 30 minutes? It seem this is very abnormal compared to other vehicles with the displacement.
