Nik Bilgerig 14 Rimmel Place Palmwoods 4555 Qld. Palmwoods, 11.07.2010 To whom it may concern. In order to inform you how your Nissan team in Australia operates, I send you this report. On our travels around Australia, we were at the north west coast. Thatâ?™s where the drama started. The radiator, ventilator and water pump were out of action. That happened when the odometer showed 70,000km. After contacting the nearest Nissan garage, they recommended the car to be towed to Kununurra, 450 km away. There we found out that there is no radiator in Australia. To get a replacement from Japan would take 4-6 weeks, but a non genuine one would be available in 2-3 days. A ventilator was available somewhere in QLD within 4-5 days. That turned into 17 days and we were stuck. In order that we could continue our journey, we had to pay for the radiator. The cost for our delay in Kununurra was also left to us. Because we didnâ?™t trust the reliability of the car any more, we shortened our trip home. During that time a warning light kept coming on telling us that there is some malfunction with the motor. At the next opportunity we called into a Nissan garage, they used a computer to reset the warning light, but told me to have it properly checked at home. After arriving home, I booked the car in for service, that was 7 days before the guarantee period ran out, only to be told they are too busy. When I finally had the car serviced, I was informed the extra parts would cost $ 5,500.00 I informed Nissan Australia about this situation and asked for a reply within 10 days. Now 4 weeks have passed and still no answer. In conclusion I would like to point out that my treatment from Nissan and Gary Crick Motors is an absolute disgrace. Hoping for a reply in the near future Yours sincerely Nik Bilgerig
