My van makes a noise when selecting gears,from reverse to drive.this is the only concern I have,with it

My grand hi ace's vsc indicator often comes out. got it fix and scanned. but the scanner is pointing to yaw rate sensor. and i cant find it. is there someone who could help me. just email me if you have any info regarding this problem. thank you very much
