Toyota Harrier Problems

ComplaintDescriptionName and LocationPhoto
Parking Sound2018 Toyota Harrier; No ilWilliam Tan
Each time I push to Parking and let go of stepping on the brakes I get a loud hissing sound. Sometimes it jerks a bit when I do the same and switch off the engine. I have sent it to the official agent and informed them on three different occasions and was told by the service staff that this is normal as Toyota Harriers do not have handbrakes, so the Parking gear acts as the handbrake, hence the noise. Can anyone share with me if this is a common problem and whether it can be rectified? Thank you.
