I just bought a 2001 Toyota Harrier model,but I have noticed on the dash body that there is a signal light showing, a car in plan with some lights "ON" at the rear, what does this mean? Is it to say on of the rear lights is not working?

When driving on rough surfaces/road there is some metal knocking sound coming from the front suspension so far both shocks have been replaced and shock pads have been checked and found to be ok
