Need a English Manual/User guide. All the signs on the dash board are in Japanese and cannot understand any thing.DO any one have it or can you suggest where we can get it from?

I recently bought this car and the purple light on the dash board is on all the time. Do any one know what can cause it? I got it checked up they can't find any thing wrong.....please help.
